MEET THE JUDGES of our 2022 Hammond House Publishing International Literary Prize
Peter True is one of the judges for this year's Short Story category in our 2022 writing competition.
Peter True is a published author and scriptwriter. His upcoming novel 'Cold Coffee' is a magic-realism mystery, rifting on ideas of self-rationalisation and the lies we tell ourselves and others.
Lecturing on Professional and Creative Writing degrees for Hull University and Teesside University at the University Centre Grimsby over the past six years, Peter has been a judge for the Hammond House literary competition since its inception.
Peter has been vividly impressed by the standard of entries this year, with some of the most consistently engaging entries of any year previous. There has been no limit to the avenues of imagination, with the theme being approached in evermore diverse ways.
* The 2022 Hammond House Publishing International Literary Prize shortlisted entries will be announced on our website on 4th December and winners announced on 11th December 2022 on Billboard TV.
