Congratulations to Patricia Anica Llorando from Australia for achieving joint 2nd place in our Poetry category for her poem 'Native Stardust' in our 2021 Hammond House Publishing International Literary Prize.
Patricia Anica Llorando (or Trish for short) is a Filipino-Australian writer and creative. She is in the last year of her double degree of Bachelor Of Commerce & Bachelor Of Creative Arts, with a major in Marketing and Creative Writing + Design. She currently works in marketing & production for two different companies.
Patricia has been writing in secret so this international prize was the first ever poetry prize that she entered, so she is still processing winning the joint 2nd place!
When Trish is not writing poetry, she makes ceramic sculptures, swims laps with her love, spends time with family, and listens to podcasts about business, art and stories.
Patricia's goal is to support the Filipino culture through her writing and encourage Filipino writers to do the same.
